    Foundation

    Our story begins with great visions in a small room in the Spengergasse in Vienna. There we developed our first mobile apps. As a spin-off of Runtastic and i5invest, we set ourselves the goal to build a company that accompanies the entire life cycle of an app.

     

    This required brainpower. And so, just a few months after the company was founded, our rapidly growing team of app developers moved to the open office space in Spengergasse, where we shared the office with Speedinvest, i5invest, Tripwolf and Sclable.

    Portfolio expansion and relocation

    With the growth of our team and our competencies came an expansion of our service portfolio. In addition to app development for iOS and Android, we also offer web and backend solutions since 2013. And because growth also requires space, we moved to our own office in the Clusterhaus in spring 2014.

    Kick-off of the accelerator program

    After we had successfully started with allaboutapps, we wanted to share our knowledge and experience with other start-ups. So in the summer of 2015 we launched an accelerator program to help young companies develop their software and business model. We help start-ups with their first steps and thus enable them to get off to a better start in the market with higher quality products.

    Foundation of the subsidiary dotsandlines

    We are particularly proud of our subsidiary dotsandlines, which has developed into a successful design agency since its foundation in April 2017. The dotsandlines team specializes in UI/UX design and corporate branding. In addition to digital products, they also design analog advertising media such as packaging and print magazines.

    Foundation of the aaa academy

    Since 2017, we have been developing not only apps, but also talent. Within the framework of the allaboutapps academy, we train app developers, offer internships and apprenticeships. In addition, we supervise diploma theses and, as a partner of the FH Technikum-Wien, we offer apprenticeships.

    Launch of the technology tours

    After 8 years of business practice we have recognized one thing: Creativity needs room to play. That’s why at the 1050 Creative Playground we have set up a workshop and exhibition room that allows you to encounter new technologies. During our technology tours you can experience the most important applications from the fields of augmented and virtual reality, smart home, voice assistants and Internet of Things.

We stand for high-quality services. This is also demonstrated by our certification according to the ISO standard ISO 9001:2015, which honors quality management, independent of a company’s industry and size. The certification requires a continuous commitment to quality management – we have taken this very seriously, not only since our certification.

EN ISO 13485:2016

As a service provider in the medical sector, we are aware of our responsibility. That is why it was important for us to be certified according to ISO 13485:2016. The precondition for this is a comprehensive management system for the design and manufacture of medical devices. The conformity of our processes enables us to guarantee that the requirements for a safe product are met.

ISO 14001:2015

We believe sustainable success is based on a responsible approach towards people and nature. That is why we have developed an efficient and effective environmental management system, for which we have been certified according to the international standard ISO 14001:2015. This means that we voluntarily commit to Quality Austria for regular environmental audits and compliance with sustainability goals.
